Features for the Western line of plows

FloStat Hydraulic System designed specifically for snowplow applications. Provides fast reliable lifting and angling. Uses standard ATF.

Solenoid control option to allow for the electronics installations to be installed almost anywhere. On/Off indicator light. Plug in connector allows easy removal.

CABCOMMAND Control Option which puts all blade functions right in the palm of your hand. Power "on" and "float" LED with automatic shutoff. Five foot coil cord for mobility.

All steel blades and components receive a pre-treatment shot blast and wash, with a powder coating providing a tough, corrosion resistant finish.

New UltraMount system providing easy plow installation and removal. Simply drive into the receiver brackets, grab the shoe handle and pull it up - the spring loaded shoe will pop up. Now pull the lock pin(in red) and rotate the handle up. Repeat on other side. Plug in the electrical connections and that's it.

A rotating pivot bar allows the drive in points to remain level - even when the blade is on uneven terrain. You get accurate drive in alignment always and a blade that can pivot when plowing for a cleaner scrape on uneven ground.

Two reciever brackets are easily removed for maximum off-season ground clearance.

Western LSX and Sport Utility plows

The 7'2" LSX snowplow was designed for lighter capacity 1/2 ton pickup trucks and some sport utility vehicles.
Extensive testing has shown that although the LSX is lighter than the current Standard model, it is just as strong.
A boxed channel on the back of the blade increases torsional strength to prevent twisting.
Urethane pads on the trip stops soften blade trip return for quieter operation.
Disc shoes are optional.

The personal use plow was developed specifically for today's down sized vehicles.
The Sport/Utility plow is available for some lighter vehicles that can still carry a UniMount System snowplow.
Available in 6 1/2' blade size.
Designed for non-commercial use only.

Available in 7 1/2', 8', 8 1/2', and 9' blade widths.
Shock absorber on the back of the blade softens trip action to extend life of your truck and plow.

The Western Standard snowplows give the light commercial and personal use plower dependable performance without excess weight. (bottom plow in picture above)

Western Pro-Poly and Standard Poly plows

Designed to provide superior snow rolling action, the slippery blade surface created by the use of therml formed, high density polyethylene also offers a maintenance free plow blade.
Availabe in 7 1/2' Standard series (lower plow in picture above), and 7 1/2' and 8' in Pro series (upper plow in picture above).
Rubber snow deflector is standard on all Poly Plows.

MVP Plows

The 8 1/2' and 9 1/2' MVP plows offer the professional contractor the ultimate in plowing efficiency!
You'll do more jobs in less time with this multi-position v-plow.

Each wing of the MVP incorporates a trip-edge so that when the blade strikes an obstacle only the lower edge trips back.

Essential to the efficient design of a v-plow, this feature protects the plow and your truck-especially in the "scoop" position.

The operation of all functions - raise, lower, and moving the wings in or out either simultaneously or seperately - is right in the palm of your hand.

The double acting cylinders also allow you to hydraulically lock the blade wings to act as one to allow for clean, efficient back dragging.

Standard equipment on the MVP plows include Rubber snow deflector, top gap deflector, and bottom gap wiper.
